Discovery Call

During the discovery call, we discuss your style, budget, expectations, and overall vision for your outdoor project. We discuss your inspiration for your project and what design features you would like to implement into your space. Our company is hands-on during the entire process, whether you have it all planned out, or are looking to us for creativity,

Design Process

After moving forward with our 3D Design Process, we have our exterior designer visit the job site to take measurements and photos of the space. Designs at New Beginnings are tailored to your desired budget for the project. After the first design concept is created, we schedule a meeting either at our office, or an online zoom presentation. We walk through the design, gather feedback, and any revision requests you may have.

Finalization

After the design is approved, we then quote the project scope as designed. After approval for the quote is given, a contract is then signed, and we are one step closer to construction.

Permitting

After the contract is finalized, our team at New Beginnings generates all of the 3D design photos and the scaled drawings to submit to your HOA and city permitting department. After approval from the city is granted, we begin work on your outdoor project!

Construction

When your project is ready for construction, we schedule a construction meeting with you to verify your design materials, design plans, and timelines. During the construction phase, we send out weekly emails to keep you in the loop of our schedule each week. Our team ensures clear communication, clean jobsites, and quality work.
